Returns
- You have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, simply contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days through bank transfer or Vodafone Cash.
